Privacy Policy

Effective 29 September 2026 · Applies to iOS, iPadOS and Android

In short: The apps does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. Everything the game saves stays on your device. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.

Who we are

Developed and published by Paul F. Johnson (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to information when you use the BikePrix app.

Information we collect

We do not collect any informatio, has no online features: it does not connect to our servers or to any third-party service, and it contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking software.

Information stored on your device

To let you continue, the game saves the following on your device, in the app’s private storage:

This information never leaves your device, and we cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes it.

Your device’s own backup service, such as iCloud Backup or Android backup to your Google account, may include app data in its backups, depending on your device settings. Those backups are managed by Apple or Google under their privacy policies, not by us.

Sponsor logo images (if applicable)

If you choose to add a sponsor logo, the system file picker lets you choose one image. The game gets access only to the file you choose. It never gets access to your photo library as a whole. It keeps a copy of that image in its private storage to show in the game. The image is never uploaded or shared.

Motion sensors (if applicable)

If you turn on tilt, the game reads your device’s motion sensor while you race, to steer the bike. These readings are used immediately and then discarded. They are not stored or transmitted.

Permissions

The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photo library or any other permission-protected data.

Children

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).

Third parties

We do not sell, rent or share information with third parties, because we do not have any. Apple and Google may collect information about app downloads and purchases through their stores, as described in their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, we have nothing to access, correct, export or delete on our side. You can remove all game data at any time by deleting the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR or the CCPA. If you have any question about them, contact us below.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, for example because a future version of the game adds an online feature, we will update this page and its effective date before that version is released.
